Board of Auditors

The Board of Auditors shall verify operating decisions, ascertain whether the books and records are properly kept, examine the budget, the variations thereof, and the balance sheet, drafting specific reports, and carry out cash audits, and take part, ordinarily collegially, in meetings of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.

The Boards of Auditors is made up of:

• Mariangela Salvatore (Presidente)
• Stefano Incarnati
• GIovanni Torre

The Institute is also subject to review by the Court of Auditors, as provided for in Article 3, paragraph 7 of the Law 20/1994. Dott. A. Napoli is the CdC Magistrate delegated to supervise the Institute.
